Privacy

The short version: we collect only what we need to run Make Uniforms, we use it for that and nothing else, and we never sell it.

Early bird list

When you join the list we store your email address and, if you give them, your team or club name, sport and team size. We also keep the date and source of the signup, plus a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We use this to send you a confirmation now and one email when Make Uniforms opens, and to understand what teams need.

Accounts and orders

If you create an account or place an order we store your name, email, a hashed password, your saved designs, logos you upload, rosters, order and payment status. We use it to run your orders and to let players pay their share. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Retention

Early bird details are kept until we have sent the launch email, then deleted within 12 months unless you create an account. Account and order records are kept while the account is open and as long as needed for orders, support and tax records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who sees it

Only our team and the service providers we need to deliver email and payments. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
